Legal basis: steps taken at your request before any contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) for the check; your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who sees it: only me, plus the services I use to run this: systeme.io (ITACWT Ltd, EU, servers in Ireland) and Microsoft Outlook for email. Your details are never sold.

How long I keep it: deleted 12 months after our last contact if you don't become a client.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, object, or withdraw consent by emailing darren@expattechmedia.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
